What are the best habits in the night?



  1. Always brushing your teeth.
  2. Drink a warm glass of water 5–10 minutes before sleeping. You could even keep a water bottle near you.
  3. Switching off your phone/ laptops/ any digital devices 1 hour before sleeping.
  4. Wishing good night to your family.
  5. Pack your things and bag, for the next day. It really helps me be relaxed instead of rushing for things at the last minute.
  6. Take out, your clothes for the next day. So that you ensure they are clean, ironed and yah it's easier to choose when you are not in a hurry.
  7. Reading 1–2 chapters of a book.
  8. Making a to-do list.
  9. Follow a nighttime skin regime. Also, people having long hair should tie it before sleeping.
  10. Reflection, quiet, and meditation.
